4. Who we share data with
- Web3Forms – the service that receives the website forms and forwards them to our email. The data passes through their servers (Amazon Web Services infrastructure), and Web3Forms may keep a copy of submissions for the period set in our account; see the Web3Forms privacy policy.
- Our email provider, where we receive and store correspondence.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages) – website hosting (provider’s policy).
- The carrier assigned to your load – only what’s needed for the transport (addresses, contact people and phone numbers at loading/unloading, details of the goods).
- Our accountant, insurers and, on request, public authorities where the law requires it.
- WhatsApp (Meta) – if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the messages are also processed under WhatsApp’s policy.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely only on the mechanisms provided by the GDPR (adequacy decisions, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses). We never sell or rent data to anyone.
5. How long we keep data
- Quote requests that don’t become orders: 12 months from the last contact, then deleted.
- Carrier registrations that don’t lead to work: 12 months; during the relationship and for 3 years after it ends, for possible claims.
- Orders, CMRs, invoices and related correspondence: for the period required by accounting and tax law (generally 5 to 10 years under Law No. 82/1991).
- Technical server logs: the short period set by the hosting provider.

- to restriction of processing;
- to data portability – to receive the data in a structured format;
- to object – to processing based on legitimate interest;
- to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before then.
Send your request to admin@allprinttrade.com. We reply within one month of receipt; in complex cases this may be extended by two further months, and we’ll let you know. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity.
